What this category covers
A gas turbine produces power by burning fuel to drive a turbine. The usual requirement is a packaged unit. The engine on its own is covered under turbine cores.
The heavy-duty families we source and supply are the GE Frame 5 (MS5001), the GE Frame 6 (6B, 6FA), and the Siemens SGT-300, SGT-400, SGT-600, SGT-700, SGT-800 and SGT5-4000F. The aeroderivative families are the GE LM2500, the LM6000, and the Pratt & Whitney FT4 and FT9.
