Both are virtually the same in size, appearance, performance and power. The only real difference is one is 160W and one is 165W, which ends up about the same since the power tolerance is +/- 5W. And while 165W may sound low power, keep in mind that these are smaller panels. They're about half the size of the 330W panels you see out there, so it really ends up being the same amount of space taken up on your roof at the end of the day.
