Welcome to my listing for my lovely off grid tiny home. We will start with the van is self. Its covered 145k miles and been well looked after there is some wear on the drivers seat and floor. Its only got service stamps up to 88k but its been well looked after and just had a service. Reversing camera with large screen. Cam chain so no cambelt to worry about. I will start from the beginning of the build to try to remember everything as a lot of time and effort went in to this. The inside was striped out and cleaned and then well insulated and lined with 9mm marine ply on the walls and floor fitted a quality 400x400 clear sky light in the roof then insulated and pine clad the roof. I'm 6.2 and can stand up with a couple of inch's extra head room. Its got a full size double fixed bed at the rear with a brand new proper mattress its very comfortable. Under the bed is a huge amount of storage space also the 240v rcd and 12v fuse box is located here as well as the waeco compressor fridge its on runners and pulls out from under the bed in to the dinning area and a 12v water pump in a 15 litter water bottle.
Then we have 2 seats in the dinning area witch pulls out to make a single bed there is also storage compartments under the seats. 2 burner hob and sink with a cold water tap 2 draws and 2 cupboards there is a gas bottle in here but dose not take up much space.
There is a brand new pota potty in here and storage. And coat hangers plenty of room in there. Warm light LEDs in the toilet. Kitchen and dinning area and the in the bed room there is LED strip lights on a separate switch above the bed. 200w solar panel on the roof charging the leisure battery. Split charge to charge the leisure battery when the engine is running. 12 way fuse box under the bed so you can easily add more 12v equipment if needed. There is a 240v socket under the rear of the van to plug in to sure power on a campsite. 4X 3 pin sockets in the van 2 in the rear and 2 in the kitchen.New 12V 5 kw diesel heater its fed from the vans diesel tank and dose not use much power or fuel but gets the van nice and toasty. It also has a 7 day timer on it. Well this thing is awesome it uses next to no power from the leisure battery, if turned up to 6 it will freeze in no time at all.
No worry's about this flattening the battery like a normal 12v cool box. It sits under the bed on runners so you can pull it out in to the dinning area when needed.
